Homestay Placement - (Berkeley & San Francisco) - $315
The housing placement fee is a one-time service fee you pay IHA to arrange homestay services for you. This fee is required and is non-refundable unless we are unable to find a placement for you within 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If we can not successfully find a placement for you we will provide a full refund.
